Goal
Remove the resolution from a work order (mistaken entry, or the problem returns). The work order reverts to "unresolved non-compliant" and the compliance counts readjust.
Audience
Administrator of the building or the person assigned to the work order.
Prerequisites
- The work order is Non-compliant and already resolved (a "Resolved on…" badge is shown).
- Be an administrator or assigned.
Steps
-
Open the work order. In reading mode, the green "✓ Resolved on (date) by (author)" badge and the repair note are visible.

-
Click "Edit". In the "Current status" menu, the shown entry is "Resolved".

-
Choose a real status ("Non-compliant"). A prompt appears: "Undo the resolution? The intervention will revert to unresolved non-compliant."
-
Confirm. A "Resolution undone" message appears; the badge disappears.
Counts readjust
After undoing, the work order is no longer counted as compliant in the Law 16 summary: it becomes an open problem again until it is resolved anew.
Tips and common errors
- The repair note is cleared: undoing the resolution removes the note, date and resolution author. Re-enter them if you resolve again.
- Confirmation: the action asks for explicit confirmation to avoid accidental undos.
