Goal

Remove the resolution from a work order (mistaken entry, or the problem returns). The work order reverts to "unresolved non-compliant" and the compliance counts readjust.

Audience

Administrator of the building or the person assigned to the work order.

Prerequisites

  • The work order is Non-compliant and already resolved (a "Resolved on…" badge is shown).
  • Be an administrator or assigned.

Steps

  1. Open the work order. In reading mode, the green "✓ Resolved on (date) by (author)" badge and the repair note are visible.

The "Resolved on…" badge with the repair note in reading mode.

  2. Click "Edit". In the "Current status" menu, the shown entry is "Resolved".

Edit mode: the status menu shows "Resolved".

  3. Choose a real status ("Non-compliant"). A prompt appears: "Undo the resolution? The intervention will revert to unresolved non-compliant."

  4. Confirm. A "Resolution undone" message appears; the badge disappears.

Counts readjust

After undoing, the work order is no longer counted as compliant in the Law 16 summary: it becomes an open problem again until it is resolved anew.

Tips and common errors

  • The repair note is cleared: undoing the resolution removes the note, date and resolution author. Re-enter them if you resolve again.
  • Confirmation: the action asks for explicit confirmation to avoid accidental undos.
