Building & team
Create and configure a building, then manage the team that has access to it (invitations, roles, administrators).

Maintenance logbook — definitions
Define the maintenance logbook's recurring tasks: creating, editing and deleting a task, setting recurrence and priority, defining default assignees, and resolving scheduling conflicts.

Work orders (occurrences)
Track and complete the work orders generated from the logbook: view and filter the list, see details, change status, mark compliant or non-compliant, record the completion, and manage photos, documents, history and assignees.

Non-compliance: resolution, follow-ups & override
Handle non-compliant work orders: mark a problem fixed (resolution), plan corrective follow-ups, navigate between a non-compliance and its follow-ups, and correct a status set by mistake (administrator override, logged reason).

Routine repairs
Report and track a building problem independently of an inspection: create a routine repair, move it forward (Reported → Assigned → In progress → Resolved → Closed), assign it, manage its checklist, photos, documents and discussion, filter and export the list, and delete a repair.

Major repairs
Plan and track major replacements and repairs over the building's life cycle (roof, elevators, balconies…): create a major repair, move it forward (Planned → Preparing → Approved → In progress → Completed), postpone it, assign it, manage its checklist and attachments, filter/export the list, send a reminder, and delete a repair.

Components & suppliers
Keep the building's components inventory (key dates, urgency, end of life) and the suppliers directory: view and filter the inventory, edit years inline, manage suppliers (add / edit / delete), see their linked interventions, and link a supplier to a work.
