Where this feature stands
Not yet available from a work order
As of today, there is no "Send a reminder" button in a work order's detail modal. It is therefore not possible to manually follow up with assignees from an individual occurrence. This page will be updated if the feature is added.
What exists instead
- Automatic reminders: the app handles the follow-up of overdue work orders without any manual action on your part.
- Reminders at the task and major-repair level: the existing follow-ups target maintenance tasks (definitions) and major repairs, not an isolated work order.
- Progress tracking: to spot overdue work orders, use the list of work orders and its sorting by Due date or Status.
Tips and common errors
- Don't look for the button: if you cannot find a "Send a reminder" command in a work order, that is expected; it does not yet exist at this level.
- Following up with an assignee: in the meantime, open the Assignees tab to check who is assigned, then contact the person through your usual channels.

Resolve a non-compliance
