Goal

Get an overview of the building's components (roof, elevator, windows…), with their key dates and an urgency level that flags the ones approaching their end of life.

Audience

Administrator of the building. The component inventory is admin-only.

Prerequisites

Components exist for the building (ideally with installation year and lifespan set).

Steps

Open "Components" in the sidebar: the "Component inventory" appears.
Each row shows: Uniformat code, Installation date, End of life, Last maintenance date, Planned replacement date and an Urgency badge.

Urgency levels

Critical (red): approaching end of life with no planned replacement · Approaching (yellow): to watch within the next 5 years · OK (green) · Unknown (gray): missing dates.

End of life: it is computed from the installation year + the estimated lifespan; without an installation year, urgency stays "Unknown".
