Filter, export and send a reminder

Goal
Find major repairs with filters, export the list to Excel, export a sheet to PDF, and remind the assignees.
Audience
Administrator of the building.
Prerequisites
- At least one major repair exists.
Steps

Filter: on the list, the "Filters" panel filters by Component, Work type, Funding source and Horizon. "Reset" clears the filters.

Export the list: click "Export" then "Excel (.xlsx)" (columns: title, code, component, planned date, status, costs…).

Export a sheet / remind: in the detail, click "Export to PDF" to generate the sheet, or "Send reminder" to notify the assignees.
List PDF
The list-level PDF export shows "Coming soon"; use Excel for the list, and the detail's Export to PDF for a single sheet.
Tips and common errors
- Reminder: the "Send reminder" button targets the assigned people; it is inactive if there is nobody to notify.
- Export disabled: the Export button is inactive when there is no result.
