Goal
Track a major repair in detail: a checklist of steps, photos and documents (quotes, contracts, inspection reports), a discussion thread and a full history.
Audience
Administrator or the assigned person.
Prerequisites
- A major repair exists.
Steps

Checklist: in the "Checklist" tab, type a label in "Add a follow-up step…" then "Add". Check an item ("Completed by … on …" appears); drag and drop to reorder.

Photos / Documents: dedicated tabs where you drag and drop your files.

Discussion: in the "Discussion" tab, use "Add a comment…" then "Send".

History: logs every action (creation, status, completion, postponement, assignment, checklist, attachments, comments).
Example checklist
"Get the engineer's study", "Tender to contractors", "Vote the expense at the general meeting"… The checklist structures a major project end to end.
Tips and common errors
- Traceability: the history keeps who did what and when, useful for Law 16 auditing.
