Prerequisites
Steps
-
In edit mode, open the "Status" menu. Life cycle: Planned → Preparing → Approved → In progress → Completed.

-
To postpone, choose Postponed: the "Postponed to year" and "Postpone reason" fields appear.
-
To correct a Completed status (locked), an admin chooses a status prefixed with ⤺: a required "Reason for the correction" field appears. Save.

'Completed' is terminal
Once Completed, the repair no longer changes status normally; reopening it requires an admin correction (override), rewritten but logged ("Status corrected (admin)" in the History).
Tips and common errors
- Reason required: both the override and the postponement need a justification.
- Completion note: when closing (Completed), fill in the "Completion note" and the "Actual cost".
