Delete a routine repair

Permanently delete a routine repair and all its attached data (checklist, photos, documents, discussion).

Goal

Permanently delete a routine repair, for example a duplicate or a mistaken report.

Audience

Administrator only.

Prerequisites

Be an administrator; open the routine repair to delete.

Steps

Open the routine repair detail. At the top, click the red "Delete" button.
A confirmation appears: "Delete this routine repair?".
Confirm: the repair and all its attached data (checklist, photos, documents, discussion) are deleted; you return to the list.

Permanent deletion

Deletion is immediate and irreversible: there is no trash or archive. For a finished repair, prefer the Closed status over deletion, to keep the history.

Tips and common errors

Cascade: deleting a repair also removes its checklist, photos, documents and comments.
Keep the history: for Law 16 traceability, closing is often better than deleting.
