Goal
Quickly find routine repairs with filters, export the list to Excel, or export a repair's detail to PDF.
Audience
Administrator of the building.
Prerequisites
- At least one routine repair exists.
Steps

Filter: on the list, the "Filters" panel filters by Status, Priority, Supplier, Component, Period and a free-text Search (title, description, supplier). "Reset" clears the filters.

Export the list: click "Export" then "Excel (.xlsx)" to download the list (columns: title, code, component, status, priority, dates, costs, photos, documents…).

Export a detail to PDF: in a repair's detail, click "Export to PDF" to generate the sheet (information + checklist + photos + documents).
List PDF
The list-level PDF export shows "Coming soon"; use Excel for the list, and the detail's Export to PDF for a single sheet.
Tips and common errors
- Export disabled: the Export button is inactive when there is no result to export.
- Combined filters: filters stack; "Reset" starts over.
