Reactivate a former member
Bring a former member back into the building's active team from the "Former members" section.

Goal
Bring back into the active team a member who had been removed.
Audience
Administrator of the building.
Prerequisites
- Be an administrator.
- Have at least one former member (a previously removed member).
Steps
- Open the "Building settings" modal from the dashboard, Team tab.
- At the very bottom, find the "Former members" section (collapsed by default). Click the chevron to expand it.
- Each former card is greyed out and carries a "Left on …" badge.
- Click the green Reactivate button. The member comes right back into the active member list and a confirmation message appears.
No confirmation needed
Reactivation doesn't ask for confirmation: it's a low-risk, reversible action (you can remove the member again if needed).
Tips and common errors
- Missing section: the "Former members" section only appears if there's at least one removed member, and stays collapsed by default.
- Read-only access: if the subscription is suspended (unpaid), the Reactivate button is hidden; the cards remain viewable.
- Failure: an error message appears if reactivation fails; try again.
